Your Limitation is your Imagination

The Customer may return the Goods and receive a refund for Goods that are defective and not fit for purpose at any time up until the end of the 28th day from the date the Customer received the ordered Goods.

The Customer shall not be entitled to a refund for Personalised Goods that are not faulty or unfit for purpose.

This is due to the Company carrying out work preparatory works in order to provide the Goods to the Customers own unique specification. The customer will affirm that they have accepted the design before we commence printing and any errors and omissions are the responsibility of the customer once they have affirmed the design.

To return or cancel Goods ordered online and to receive a refund the Customer must notify the Company first. An order cannot be cancelled once the order and payment has been made unless you immediately cancel the order within 1 day as the order is processed the next working day. The order will therefore be deemed to be fit for purpose and as such not qualifying for a refund.

Where the Goods are being returned because they are faulty or not fit for purpose, the Company will meet the cost of return on the condition that the Carrier is nominated by the Company, the refund of the goods and return shipping will be made through the method of payment, (PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card), if and when the goods are received and found to be faulty. If on receipt of the ‘Faulty Goods’ they are found to be in good order and fit for purpose we will contact the customer with our finding and arrange
re-shipping. If they are found to be damaged rather than faulty we will contact the customer with our findings.

The goods should be returned complete in the container the item(s) were shipped in for safety and security.

If you have fitted the sleeve incorrectly and not followed the simple instruction available on the website they will still be deemed fit for purpose but wrongly fitted. We are happy to supply additional sleeves and arrange re-shipping.

The title and risk to the Goods shall remain with the Customer until the Company is in receipt of the Goods and has confirmed their contents.

The Customer must exercise reasonable care and skill when packaging the Goods in order to ensure their safe return. Please use the container they were shipped in.

The Company in the first instance reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty Goods at their discretion.
