Gift vouchers will have all the terms and conditions enclosed. T & C’s: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers can be upgraded to a higher amount. We will notify the recipient when there are only two months left on the voucher if it has not been claimed within 10 months. The gift voucher can only be

used directly on the website and using the voucher code assigned when you are at the checkout. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but may be used by any person at the checkout so insure you keep it secure. The gift voucher does not include postage and packaging unless for delivery in the UK.
