At Scubacool your order is produced, packed and shipped with care. All products are shipped in strong shipping cartons so you receive your item in perfect condition.
All orders are shipped by ‘Tracked’ shipping. This means that your item will be tracked, a signature will be required on delivery and your purchase will be insured against loss or damage.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available, at the time of delivery, to sign for the order!
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 09:00 & 17:00 (GMT).
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us (28 days for International customers).
Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.
